According to researchers, hackers are using stolen credit cards to purchase V-Bucks. From there, the purchased V-Bucks are resold at a discount rate to players, as a means of “cleaning up” the currency. Cyber-security firm Sixgill first discovered these activities. The company’s agents reportedly uncovered the operations by pretending to be potential customers and engaging in transactions with some of the criminals.
Benjamin Preminger, a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Sixgill, said: Criminals are executing carding fraud and getting money in and out of the Fortnite system with relative impunity.
It is unclear how much money the scammers have been able to make from these operations. However, Sixgill also noted that the amount of money flowing around Fortnite had seen exponential increases as the game continues to grow in popularity.
A PRACTICAL SCAM FOR THE DARK WEB
The scam operation makes much sense. Ever since its release, the online battle royale game has been a massive hit, attracting hundreds of millions of players in the process. The majority of these players are kids and teenagers, who are impressionable and can often easily be scammed.
The dark web, the secluded part of the internet that can only be accessed via specialized software, is where a lot of online criminal activities are conducted. While the money laundering being conducted with Fortnite’s V-Bucks can be found on other aspects of the internet (such as social media platforms), these activities are reportedly being carried out on a much larger scale on the dark web.
ARE V-BUCKS THE NEW BITCOIN?

While it has found increasing use as a store of value and means of exchange in some quarters, Bitcoin has also drawn ire as an alleged tool for criminal activities. According to crypto research firm CipherTrace, criminals laundered over $2.5 billion worth of Bitcoin use from January 2009 to September 2018.
Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite, intends to stamp out V-Buck laundering before it grows to that scale. Speaking with the Hollywood Reporter, a spokesperson for the company said:
Epic Games takes these issues seriously, as chargebacks and fraud put our players and our business at risk. As always, we encourage players to protect their accounts by turning on two-factor authentication, not re-using passwords and using strong passwords, and not sharing account information with others.

As reported by Variety, the criminals are stealing credit cards and turning them into cash. Sounds a bit complicated, right? Here is how they do it.
The criminals create a free Fortnite account and use the stolen cards to purchase “free v bucks generator,” skins and other items. Basically, they pump up the account and when they are all set, they sell these accounts on e-Bay, G2G and on the Dark Net for less than the actual value. Then, they require bank transfers through PayPal and once the money are sent, the buyer gets the account with all details such as email and password.
Criminals are executing carding fraud and getting money in and out of the Fortnite system with relative impunity,” Sixgill senior intelligence analyst Benjamin Preminger told The Independent. According to him, Epic Games doesn’t seem to care about the illegal activities so long as their currency is being bought and paid for.
And this is a problem that’s only going to get bigger, alongside Epic Games’ profit margin. Fortnite turned a profit of $3 billion in 2018. You have to wonder, how much of that was stolen money?

over 200 million fortnite players who spend hours fighting for survival in the computer generated world. Now, researchers from security company Check Point are saying those millions of players could have had their account information accessed thanks to a vulnerability in Epic Games’ domain.
Check Point researchers say they discovered a susceptible website hosted on Epic Games’ domain—which has since been taken down—that could be used to capture users’ authentication tokens. These tokens would allow hackers to log into Fortnite accounts without the need for a user name and password giving bad actors access to live audio while users played the game, access to user information and the last four digits of saved credit cards.
Fortnite accounts are highly valued, especially if the account has amassed a large amount of accessories, which are earned or purchased through the game. Oftentimes, you can find a Fortnite account being sold through online marketplaces like eBay and Craigslist—sometimes for thousands of dollars. This gives hackers incentive to go after the free-to-play online game’s users, many of who are teens and children.
Check Point told BuzzFeed News that they hoped the news of the vulnerability would spark conversations at home between parents and children about cybersecurity and online fraud.
“Fortnite is not a game,” Check Point’s head of products vulnerability Oded Vanunu said. “It is an infrastructure, a platform, where you buy things, communicate with friends, joke with people online, and [where] most of the players are kids fortnite v bucks generator. That’s why we are happy to help Epic Games fix this, and Mae sure that consumers understand what is happening.”

As for a new Epic emote, players will be able to hype up their team with the new Cheer Up complete with pom-poms and a gleeful cheerleading routine.
To change the tune, Fortnite is including a Rare emote called the Lazy Shuffle complete with the character lazily shuffling to blaring dance music.
Two uncommon emotes, Time Out and Storm Salutations, should also be on the way soon. Storm Salutations might have turned into a ghost file as the leaker said it’s no longer in the game, suggesting “the animation was deleted around the time Praise the Tomato came out.”

Finally, three Uncommon gliders take flight with the green camouflaged Steadfast v bucks hack, a brightly colored Rush, and orange/black Helium gliders.
The extensive leak covered all items in the game’s backend, but Epic Games could be cooking up more cosmetics by the time they drop.
In a post, Reddit user Lucas7yoshi recorded themselves looking through the new items in the game’s Locker which was filled with awesome new designs including the Instinct skin, new dance emotes, gliders and three new pickaxes.

Spagni also said that Fortnite is “very interested in Lightning Network, and we’re pushing hard to get them to add that to the list. Right now, they’ve only enabled Monero, even though they have a number of options (including bech32-enabled Bitcoin).”
Privacy has become an important issue amid rampant hacks and disturbing reports of user data being misused by social media monopolies like Facebook.
As CCN reported, Facebook has been having trouble recruiting top talent to its new blockchain division because of the numerous data-privacy scandals that have decimated the public’s trust in the corporate giant free vbucks no human verification
A lot of people obviously don’t trust the Facebook brand right now, especially people in the crypto/blockchain world,” said Cheddar reporter Alex Heath. “A lot of them got into this industry because of the centralization and the data misuse of companies like Facebook.”
Many users were outraged after learning that Facebook has been selling their personal data for years — without their consent — to third parties for profit.
US Govt Wants To Track Monero Transactions
Digital currencies like Monero and Zcash are preferred among crypto users who prioritize privacy because they provide a high level of anonymity for users and their transactions.
However, that could soon be changing. In December 2018, the US Department of Homeland Security announced that it’s developing a monitoring framework to track Zcash and Monero transactions through a blockchain-based forensic analytics program.
The move is reportedly part of an effort by the US government to ensure that cryptocurrencies are not used to enable money-laundering, tax evasion and terror financing.

The DJ glider is available to everyone as the 14 Days of Fortnite challenges do not require a battle pass to complete.
But to unlock, players will need to search for 14 chests which are scattered around the map.
The good news is that these aren’t special chests but are actually the chests you can find spread across the map in every normal game.
It means that Fortnite fans can earn this new reward simply by playing the game normally, without needing to go off on a massive mission.
However, players should be warned that they will be required to finish all games that they open chests in.
It isn’t enough to just open a bunch in each game and then quit, as this might delete your progress.
The good news is that you can just be eliminated during a game to quit out early, with no need to actually win the game.
So the best recipe for success is probably to just drop on the most common named locations and fight your way to those important chests.

These come in all shapes and sizes and are open until Epic Games official shuts down the 14 Days of Fortnite challenges.

“Fortnite Battle Royale” updates on a weekly basis. The video game creator has recently released the v7.10 patch, adding numerous new files to the game data. While the patch itself wasn’t big, since the driftboard release has been postponed, data miners have found a lot of new files, revealing what things are going to be added to the popular video game.
The v7.10 content update was released on December 23 and it has brought in-game presents and new limited-time game modes.
However, the game developer will release another content update, and it will happen on Sunday, December 30. Considering that Epic Games has released every update between Tuesday and Thursday, this timing is odd, but we can expect a big surprise.
Things coming with the next update
The Driftboard was originally scheduled to be released with the v7.10 patch, but the game developer had to postpone it due to some bugs [VIDEO]. However, we can expect this new mobility item to be released this Sunday. Fortunately, “Fortnite Battle Royale” players have already had a chance to see what this item is going to look like. In case you missed it,
Along with the Driftboard, the video game creator may release the BoomBox [VIDEO]. At the moment, no one knows what exactly this item is going to be, but there is a chance that it is going to be a Boogie Bomb replacement. Some “Fortnite” players believe that this item is going to make gunshot sounds and that players are going to use it for diversion.
The upcoming content update may also add carrots.
Carrots are foraged items and it will most likely be placed all over the island, just like apples and mushrooms. However, free v bucks generator no human verification Epic Games hasn’t released any details about this item, so we don’t know how it is going to work. There is a chance that carrots are going to give players both shield and health, which would make them very valuable.

Don’t give your account details to any website claiming to offer free V-Bucks, they’re trying to scam you. Epic Games – the developer of Fortnite – posted a warning on Twitter, reminding everyone only to enter their password on the official Fortnite page. Be wary of people offering cheap V-Bucks on auction sites like eBay too – if a price seems too good to be true, it usually is.
If you need to purchase more, 1,000 V-Bucks costs £7.99/$9.99 on the PSN Store, Microsoft Store or Fortnite Store.
For your money, you’re earning 1,300 V-Bucks, as well as more than 90 other rewards, including:
- 6 news skins: The Reaper (John Wick), Elite Agent, Rust Lord, Moonwalker, Dark Voyager and Mission Specialist
- 4 Emotes: Salute, Take the L, Best Mates and The Robot
Unlike the Fortnite:Twitch Prime packs, these skins and emotes unlock as you play the game, so the more you put in, the more you get out. Plus, the V-Buck rewards will give you enough to buy another Blue tier skin.
Get V-Bucks from Fortnite: Save the World –
A more consistent way to build up v buck generator over time is by purchasing and playing Fortnite’s PvE horde mode: Save the World. You get V-Bucks for doing tons of different activities and they transfer over to your Battle Royale character too. The cheapest Standard Founder’s pack usually costs £32.99/$39.99 on PlayStation and £34.99/$39.99 on Xbox One. However, it’s often on sale for much less – a few weeks ago it went down to £15.99/$19.99.
Unfortunately this method won’t work on Fortnite Mobile, since Save the World needs a lot more CPU power, and is only available on PC and console.
Save the World isn’t updated as regularly as Battle Royale – which is on Fortnite patch 3.4 already – but is still really fun and worth your time.

For right now, we’re in the testing phase: sign-ups began on Monday for an invite-only pilot program on iOS, with more invites going out in multiple waves leading up to launch. Right now, fans are waiting for word from developer Epic Games: on Monday Epic said that invites and codes would be coming “later in the week,” so it should be any day now. Just don’t believe the fakes.
As with anything popular, there seems to be an epidemic of scams and fakes exploding across social media. The crux of the scams is that Epic will be sending out extra codes to anyone who gets an invite, meaning that people might credibly have extra codes to give away. That means that Twitter is flooded with people claiming to have those extras — I won’t link here. Most appear to be fairly innocuous and are just asking for likes and retweets, but some might ask you to initiate a download — none are real.
Yesterday, Epic said that it still had not sent out any invites, and it has yet to update that across any channels. The developer likened these scams to the “fortnite v bucks generator” Tweets that dot the replies to every official announcement:

Sensor Tower reports that Toy Blast hack earned $36.9 million this August alone, marking a year-over-year increase of 36 per cent. That month, Toy Blast ranked 48th for revenue among all apps worldwide.
Most player spending came from the US which brought in $312 million in revenue, accounting for 71 per cent of the total. The UK came in a distant second, with 4.1 per cent of the paying audience at $18 million.
While Peak Games’ first Blast title continues to do well, its follow-up has also found overwhelming success.
Revenue for 2017’s Toon Blast breached $200 million within the game’s first year on sale. Much of this success came from a particularly star-studded marketing campaign.
Thanks to a $100 million cash infusion following a deal with Zynga, Peak Games used the funding to partner with Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds. Over three months, the developer worked with Reynolds to create an extensive and reactive advertising campaign for the mobile puzzler.
Peak Games was ranked 10th in PocketGamer.biz’s top 50 Mobile Developer list for 2018.
The ride platform is another sight to take in all by itself as its design is jam-packed with so many elements. As you come around the corner of the queue, you immediately take in the sights of a Yahtzee game box, Crayon-drawn plans of the Slinky Dog attraction, more building blocks, books and a Slinky Dog-Gone Wrong Board Game box and its accompanying game board, all of which make up the main structure of the ride platform.
